Vacancy Description : 1.1. Eligibility: 1.1.1. Minimum 7 years’ experience (only in architecture field) 1.1.2. COA Certification up to date & Valid B.ARCH Degree 1.1.3. Software Proficiency in AUTOCAD, MS OFFICE, PHOTOSHOP & 3D MODELLING SOFTWARE (any in Sketchup , revit etc.) 1.1.4. Undertaken large scale projects like Group Housing, Commercial Projects, Institutional Projects etc. 1.1.5. Vacancies in Our Faridabad and Delhi branch for the post and based on experience salary starting from 8.5 lac per annum onwards.

Vacancy Responsibilities : 1.2.1. Creates and innovates with a strong conceptual design ability and integrates interdisciplinary criteria to effectively move forward the design of distinct portions of large projects or entire projects of a small scale. 1.2.2. Demonstrates an advanced understanding of building materials, systems, specifications, codes, details and construction techniques. Is able to enrich design concepts through technical strategies and effectively uses appropriate tools to design and document at all project phases. 1.2.3. Manages time and workload of own work efforts and those of others (juniors & interns) to meet project task deadlines and commitments, with occasional interaction and direction from team leaders while guiding and teaching less experienced staff. 1.2.4. Actively collaborates at a project, consultant team, and client team level by critically and constructively evaluating ideas. Contributes to and actively participates within the studio and office.
