Vacancy Description : Sri Sumeru Realty Pvt. Ltd. is inviting applications for the position of Senior Project Architect to join its Architecture team at The Art of Living International Centre, Bengaluru. The role involves leading and independently managing large-scale architectural projects ranging from 1.5–2 lakh sq. ft., covering the entire project lifecycle from concept development to execution. The ideal candidate should have 9–12 years of relevant experience in large-scale residential, institutional, educational or hospitality projects, with strong expertise in architectural planning, design development, technical detailing, working drawings and consultant coordination. Candidates should possess proficiency in AutoCAD, Revit, SketchUp and Adobe Photoshop, along with a sound understanding of statutory regulations, Indian architectural styles, traditional construction techniques and project execution.

Vacancy Responsibilities : • Lead and independently manage large-scale architectural projects ranging from 1.5–2 lakh sq. ft. from concept to completion. • Design and manage residential, institutional, educational, hospitality and mixed-use developments. • Develop climate-responsive and ergonomic architectural solutions aligned with project requirements. • Apply knowledge of Indian architectural styles, traditional construction techniques and local building materials. • Prepare, review and approve conceptual designs, working drawings, GFC drawings and design documentation. • Develop and review detailed architectural drawings using AutoCAD and Revit. • Oversee 3D modelling, visualization and presentation development using SketchUp and Adobe Photoshop. • Coordinate with structural, MEP, landscape and other consultants to ensure seamless project execution. • Ensure compliance with statutory regulations, building codes and approval requirements. • Conduct site visits, monitor design implementation and resolve technical issues during execution. • Liaise with clients, consultants and internal stakeholders throughout the project lifecycle. • Mentor junior architects and contribute to the development of the architecture team. • Ensure timely completion and quality of design deliverables while minimizing design revisions during execution.
