Vacancy Description : Sri Sumeru Realty Pvt. Ltd. is looking for an experienced and design-oriented Assistant Project Architect to join its Architecture & Design team at The Art of Living International Centre, Bengaluru. The role involves architectural design development, management of working drawings, and project coordination for large-scale projects, including residential, hospitality and landmark developments. The ideal candidate should have 5–8 years of relevant experience, with exposure to projects covering a minimum area of 50,000 sq. ft. Candidates should possess strong architectural design skills, proficiency in AutoCAD, SketchUp, 3D rendering tools and Adobe Photoshop, along with a sound understanding of construction materials, detailing and execution. A working knowledge of Vastu principles and traditional construction materials will be an added advantage.

Vacancy Responsibilities : • Design and develop large-scale architectural projects with a minimum area of 50,000 sq. ft. • Work on hospitality, residential and landmark architectural projects. • Develop ergonomic and climate-responsive architectural design solutions. • Prepare, manage and review detailed working drawings and design documentation. • Ensure seamless integration of design elements, construction materials and execution methods. • Develop and present architectural presentations and design proposals. • Coordinate with consultants, site teams and internal stakeholders for smooth project execution. • Support project execution while ensuring design intent, quality standards and timelines are maintained. • Ensure timely completion and technical accuracy of design deliverables. • Minimise design revisions and execution-related issues through effective coordination and attention to detail.
