Vacancy Description : Seeking an experienced Senior Architect in design planning, approvals, and execution of large-scale real estate projects. The role involves managing end-to-end architectural functions, coordination with stakeholders, and ensuring timely project delivery.

Vacancy Responsibilities : Key Responsibilities: exp of concept design, planning, and development of residential/commercial projects Manage end-to-end architectural design lifecycle from concept to execution Coordinate with structural, MEP, landscape consultants, and contractors Review drawings, BOQs, and technical specifications Ensure adherence to local building regulations, codes, and standards Work closely with project, sales, and marketing teams for project positioning Conduct site reviews to ensure design accuracy and quality execution Key Skills: Strong knowledge of Mumbai building bylaws & approval processes Expertise in AutoCAD, Revit, SketchUp, and design tools Excellent coordination and stakeholder management Strong understanding of construction methodologies Qualifications: Bachelor’s / Master’s in Architecture
