Vacancy Description : Project Manager

Vacancy Responsibilities : Key Responsibilities Plan, manage, and execute interior and turnkey projects from start to completion. Coordinate with clients, architects, consultants, vendors, and site teams. Manage project timelines, manpower, materials, and day-to-day site activities. Ensure work is executed as per drawings, BOQ, specifications, quality standards, and schedule. Monitor project costs, quantities, measurements, and billing. Coordinate with contractors, carpenters, electricians, civil and other service teams. Identify and resolve site issues, delays, and technical challenges. Prepare regular project progress reports and update management. Ensure proper safety, quality, housekeeping, and timely handover of projects. Required Skills Strong knowledge of interior execution and site management. Ability to read and understand architectural, civil, MEP, and furniture drawings. Good knowledge of BOQ, estimation, measurements, and project billing. Strong communication, coordination, and team-management skills. Proficiency in MS Excel, AutoCAD, and basic project management tools. Ability to manage multiple activities and meet strict deadlines. Preferred: Experience in commercial, corporate, retail, hospitality, or residential turnkey projects.
